Refund policy

We are committed to making sure our customers are happy with their purchase. However, in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your item, we do offer returns.
Purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of your initial purchase with proof of receipt. After the 14-day timeline, your item will no longer be eligible for return.
• Items with stains, marks, perfume scents, bodily scents, accidental tears due to mishandling, or missing items such as: dress tie, included belt, etc., will not be accepted.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs via
USPS, UPS or FedEx.
• In the unlikely case that there is a defect with the items) you have received, we will gladly replace your item and pay for the shipping both ways. Please email us right away!
